Re-entry Survey

As you are likely aware, the government has released a Roadmap to Recovery for our state. This includes planning for the reopening of gatherings like church congregations. The church leadership teams (Ministry Staff + Wardens + Parish Council) are currently thinking through how Burnie Anglican Church can begin opening up physical gatherings again. We are keen to do this while also balancing the health and safety of our church community.

We would like everyone to complete the following short survey, which would help us to wisely think through this significant transition period.

As you fill it out, please answer for yourself and not for what you think others would like. We will no doubt have a vast variety of answers, however this will help us to make the best decisions about re-entry.
